Roles and permissions
There are 4 roles. Your access code decides your role. There is no username.

Which pages each role can open

Shopper
- The configurator, to build and price a ute.
- The Test Drive game.
Dealer
- Everything a shopper can open.
- The dealer dashboard (
/dealer). - Settings (
/settings), the Email and signature tab only.
Manufacturer
- Everything a shopper can open.
- The manufacturer dashboard (
/manufacturer). - Manage parts (
/manage) also opens, but adding your own parts there is not ready yet. For now, ask GoAsk to add or change a part. - Settings (
/settings), all 4 tabs: Brand, Email and signature, Pricing, Access. - Analytics (
/analytics). It is not in the side menu, so type the address.
Admin
- Everything above. The dealer dashboard opens as a read-only staff preview.
- The product catalogue (
/admin). - People and access (
/users). - Leads (
/leads).
A page you may not open shows a short notice, for example “Dealer access only”, with a link to the sign-in page.
What each role can change

How long you stay signed in

When a session ends, the configurator says “Your session has ended. Sign in again to keep building.” A shopper’s build is kept in the page link, so signing in again and reopening the link brings it back.
Where a role lands after signing in

- A dealer lands on the dealer dashboard. The side menu shows Dashboard, Settings, Open builder and Log out.
- A manufacturer lands on the manufacturer dashboard. The side menu shows Dashboard, Manage parts, Settings, Open builder and Log out.
- An admin lands on the People and access page. The side menu shows People, Catalogue, Leads, Analytics, Open builder and Log out.
